World Tax Partners LLP (“WTP”) was formed in 2005 by a team of professionals dedicated to providing U.S. Tax services to foreign investors. WTP was founded by two former KPMG LLP Tax partners, Patrick Williams and Johnny Gutierrez, each having over 20 years experience serving foreign investors and providing solutions for their unique U.S. Tax issues. Together, with a team of experienced and dedicated partners with whom they have worked for years, Patrick and Johnny now continue their focus on serving foreign investors in the U.S. as leaders of WTP.
